Once the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks, we will credit the refund within 5-7 working days
Refund will be made through the same payment method you used during checkout
If the mistake was from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
If you’re returning for personal reasons (change of mind), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer
