  • Delivery time is 5–7 working days depending on your location.

  • You will receive tracking updates on email/WhatsApp after dispatch.

  • We offer a 7-day return/refund policy only if:

    • The item received is damaged

    • Wrong product delivered

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return.

  • Refund will be issued within 7 business days after product is received and inspected.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.
