We aim to provide the best quality products. However, returns/refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable

Process

• Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with order details and images
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7-10 working days.
